Customers Fault Description : Red indicater light working but garage door not operating
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Garage remote arrived saefly and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per nromal with the expected 40.685 Mhz signal being present and strong. Due to this we can find no fault. The remote was opened to check foir defects but again no issue could be replicated.
After talking top the customer they do have a working original, a search was carried out and a "cloning" remote was found that will allow the customer to duplicate their existing remote control. This can be found at https://ebay.us/S5WtnX Please check with the seller for further details.
