This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have erratic respond to its double power button press.

This was found to be due to dead spots in the edge connector for the button array, the ribbon was cut back by 1mm to bypass the dead spots then the ribbon hot glued into place to hopefully prevent further damage.
