Cable needs replacing and some buttons work intermittently. It may just be the cable but unsure
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable and also worn button contacts.  Also one of the LEDs was blown.

A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind), replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons and then the LED replaced.
