Customers Fault Description : Remote control batteries corroded sprung terminal. Refurbish one sprung terminal required.

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to function as normal and on inspection was found to not have suffered a battery leak.
It appears that the wrong remote was sent in for repair, this item has been classed as no fault found.
