Customers Fault Description : bottons working but cable worn

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This chair remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly damaged cable.  Unfortunately this item is sealed in such a way as to required the case to be broken apart.  Replacement cases are not available as spares which makes a repair not possible.


As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
