Gazco Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Gazco
Customers Fault Description : It works, but is very weak. You have to be right next to the fire for it to function It used to work perfectly
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing weas found to have a strong RF signal as per normal operation. The control was then tested over a 12 hour period without and issues being replicated.
The remote was opened to check for defects but again no issue could be found.
This item has been classed as no fault found and it is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself.
As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
