Sherborne. Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Sherborne.
Customers Fault Description : There are 7 buttons on the control, the top 3 work and the bottom 4 don't.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Riser recliner chair remote control arrived safely.
On opening a cable stress test was carried out (this is the most comon point of failure) but no issue could be found. The button contacts were then tested and found to be ok.
Finally a limited component test was carried out but no readable issue could be found.
