BSSB Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The charging unit has dropped into remote unable for me to charge and use.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Tv bed remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have its USB charge port broken away from the PCB.
The charge port was secure into place and full functionality was restored.
