Ultrassage Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Ultrassage
Customers Fault Description : Red light constantly on when connected to battery and not responding to commands bed stuck in up right position
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote control for a bed arrived safely and on inspection was missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
On testing the remote was found to be transmitting without any button being pressed. This was due to a faulty button, two button were replaced which restored full functionality.
