Faro Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Faro

Customers Fault Description : The remote just stopped working all of a sudden A wire has now come away from the plastic thing that covers the top of the battery - this isn’t the reason it’s not working- the wire came out after the remote stopped working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Ceiling fan remote control. arrived safely and on inspection was missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.

The battery cable was found to be damaged making the remote dead.  A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality with a strong RF signal being present on all button presses.
