Customer's Fault Description
Top 2 buttons not functioning to open and close the roof vent. Also, metal contacts to hold batteries in place have snapped.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Caravan electric roof vent remote control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have two broken battery terminals.  Custom terminals were fitted (the origfinal terminals are not available as psares).

This restore power.  The remote was then tested over a 24 hour period and no issues could be replicated with the top buttons.
