Concern for comfort Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Bed remote not working, to raise head end of bed. The traiangle button for the head not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have some non functioning / sluggish buttons.
This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
