Customers Fault Description : As discussed the remote wont turn on seems both buttons are playing around?

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not respond to its twin power button press.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued not p[lace which restored full functionality.
