Ultrassage Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Ultrassage
Customers Fault Description : Blue Positions buttons operating top half of the bed do not function. Green Positions buttons require heavy pressure.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This bed remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced.
On testing some buttons were sluggish / non responsive.
The effected buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
