Customer's Fault Description
Blue Positions buttons operating top half of the bed do not function. Green Positions buttons require heavy pressure.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This bed remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced.
On testing some buttons were sluggish / non responsive.
The effected buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
