Customer's Fault Description
Button at 5 o clock position is non responsive. All others are intermittent, and connect for a few seconds before stopping. Remote can take 2 or 3 attempts to initially connect when first turned on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning button. This was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print, the print was reworked and the PCB cleaned which restored full functionality. The remote powers on with each double power button press and a strong RF signal is present on all directional button presses.
No problem could be found with the RF signal being emitted.
