Customer's Fault Description
It stopped working but still allows me to power off the receiver. No other buttons work.
LCD screen does not work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a dead display and also the volume buttons were sluggish.
On opening there was a mass of contamination over the button contacts around the volume controls, this was cleaned up which restored the volume response.
Unfortunately, the display itself was found to be at fault which is not available as a spare which has made a repair not possible.
