BSSB Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : BSSB
Customers Fault Description : Unable to charge, port dislodged on remote. Batteries fading quickly
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This BSSB remote control arrived sdafely and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged USB charge port. The port was replaced which restored full functionality.
Please note its extremely important to ONLY use rechargeable batteries in this remote. Using standard batteries will not work and could cause damage.
