VELUX Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Hi just fitted new batteries no display on the screen

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Velux remote control arrived safely and on testing was found top be dead.  This was due to a SMD component breaking away from the PCB, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
