Gazco Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Gazco

Customers Fault Description : Fire will not turn on, there are two buttons one on one off, the off one sounds like it’s working as it make the clicking sound

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gas Fire remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on both the up and down channels as per normal operation.

The controller was tested over 24 hours at random intervals with our test receiver with no issues being replicated. 

It is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself and not the remote.
