Medion Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Medion

Customers Fault Description : Not working even after changing battery

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Soundbar remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have erratic functionality, at first the remote would work on all buttons but then after another test the volume down button, bass down and treble down buttons would all stop functioning.

This was due to a tiny crack in the print.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
