Customer's Fault Description
The remote will not turn on even though with a new battery
The action of pressing the two red buttons results in no LED
light,I can only assume that a quite old remote has gone down or needs resetting since it has been a while since last used.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Power mover remote for a caravan arrived safely and on testing was foudn to have intermittent power, when the battery cable was moved the remote would power off.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
