Customer's Fault Description
All buttons should light up when pressed. Any button that doesn't light up isn't working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Denon remote control arrived safely and on testing weas found to have numerous non functioning buttons.

The battery compartment had signs of a battery leak.  Unfortunately when opened the top side of the PCB was found to have corrosion within both layers of the print with a lot of the carbon print being degraded and also corrosion in the underlying print.

Due to the damage a repair is unfortunately not possible.
