Mertik Maxitrol G6R-H4S Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : the black wire to the battery terminal has become detached

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a broken battery cable, this was replaced and then it was found that the voltage regulator was also faulty.  The regulator was replaced which restored full functionality.
