Customer's Fault Description
THink it was with you in the past with power issue. Looks like not transmitting this time, tested on 433 Mhz reciever, though Screen shows as if it is transmitting. Tried reset on receiver but wont pair.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting at 433.92Mhz as per normal operation (see image)
The remote was opened to check for defects, the voltage regulator was correct at 3.3Volts (this is a common failure point that can effect the RF signal).
Unfortunately, we have been unable to find a fault in this case and it is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself.
