Hi Martin
As per my txt would you please try and repair my Truma XT handset. The handset is actually working fine once the remote control actually engages the caravan mover. However the spring mechanism which moves the caravan forwards and backwards is not working as it should after I accidentally dropped it. Would you please attempt to open the unit up and try to fix the spring mechanism. The remote is only engaging the mover every so often which is making it very difficult and unpredictable to control. The spring mechanism is broken but hopefully it is located somewhere within the remote.. hopefully you can work your magic on it!.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing the spring mechanism for the slider was non functioning.
The remote was non destructively opened and the spring mechanism fitted back into position. The customer is to test the remote on return.
