Velux Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Velux
Customers Fault Description : The remote control unit has stopped working. It is defiantly the unit that is the problem because a second unit we have is still working for both the blinds.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Blackout blind remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
This was due to a faulty oscillator, once replaced full functionality was restored.
