Customer's Fault Description
The remote is very temperamental when it comes to turning it on. There appears to be a problem with the battery connector. One of the springs looks to be faulty. Also the battery cover is missing (It came like that.) If the controller could be fixed so that it turns on everything time, that would be great. Thank you
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Twin Axle Caravan Mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
On testing the remote was intermittently responding to the power switch.
This was due to the PCB being broken away from the case. The PCB was hot glued firmly into place which restored full functionality.
