Somfy x 2 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Both units flash, one faster than the other, but neither operate the door

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

These two Garage door remotes arrived safely and on testing both were found to be transmitting on each button press.  The codeset was confirmed to be a Sofmy signal (see image).
