Customers Fault Description : The screen itself can stop working as if a faulty connection. Works well for a while then stops, be amazing if you can fix this, I was going to send it earlier in the year, but had a lot going on, and it's started to get cold now,

This boiler remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a very lose battery compartment that made the power intermittent.
This was due to impacted internal terminals.
The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
