Customer's Fault Description
Power light suddenly stopped coming on when the power button is pressed. There is some part of the screen with info on it but nothing works. The chair was perfectly working before this fault.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Riser Recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspection the cable was found to have an intermittent inner core.  A replacement straight cable as fitted

The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
