Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Adjustamatic remote control arrived safely and on inspection was missing its bottom label and display protective cover, these cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
One of the cores of the cable was found to be broken (see image) and the button contacts were worn.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then replacement conductive pads were glued into place.
The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
