Customer's Fault Description
Recently purchased second-hand chair with Handset buttons functional, although some needed greater force to operate.
3x Handset buttons now not working & other 2x buttons need pressure to activate.
Handset is part dismantled (by myself), but all items are enclosed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Recliner Chair Handset (TH27-2039-009 201506 290276) arrived safely and on inspection was partly disassembled and had a damaged cable.
Also the button contacts were worn.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (We cannot get the curly kind) and then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the buttons.
