Magiglo Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : It switches on with the remote control but does not switch off with it
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote control for a gas fire arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning on both the up and down channels as per normal operation.
The controller was tested over a 24-hour period at random intervals with no fault being replicated.
It was concluded that the issue is most likely with the receiver itself.
