Quattro Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Has been stopping and starting when on . Now will not switch on at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Motor mover handset arrived safely and on testing was found to not respond to its power button press.
This was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
There is no intermittent issue with the remote therefore the customer is to check all connections on the caravan as the motion of the caravan may cause an intermittent connection to "stutter".
The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
