Customer's Fault Description
The buttons work when the power gets to them.
The remote stopped working but pressing the circuit or the battery connection sometimes made the red light come on when pressing the up and down button which has 1 dot on. This has now stopped and it doesn’t appear to work at all now. We have changed the battery to no avail.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
One of the terminals had a cracked solder joint, once reworked full functionality was restored.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.
