Customers Fault Description : Battery light flashing

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This gas fire remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous battery indicator.  This was due to a faulty voltage regulator.  A replacement regulator was fitted which restored full functionality.
