Powrtouch Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Powrtouch

Customers Fault Description : Switches on ok but will not operate the mover without the lead plugged in. No coms with control box if wireless.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was found to be damaged (see image).

A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored power and the remote was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation. 

The remote was then tested randomly for a couple of hours without any signal loss being found. 

The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
