Customer's Fault Description
Switches on ok but will not operate the mover without the lead plugged in.
No coms with control box if wireless.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was found to be damaged (see image).
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored power and the remote was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The remote was then tested randomly for a couple of hours without any signal loss being found.
The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
