Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Ceiling fan remote control arrived safely and on testing was found ot powr up and transmit on each button press as per normal operation. The code being sent was confirmed to be correct for this model.
The remote was opened to check for defects and the IC was found to have a crack in one of its corners, this is not avaialble as a spare but it doesnt appear to have effected its functionality.
The customer is to re-test the remote on return, a set of batteries will be included on return to eliminate the possibility of it being a battery issue.
