Customer's Fault Description
The foot button is working but the head one is not and the head is stuck in an upright position.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely and on opening a complete component and cable test was carried out with no issues being found.

There appears to be six wires connected to the PCB but only 5 on the plug, after talking to the customer this appears to be normal.

It was found that the bed "clicks" when the buttons are pressed which means that it acknowledges that the remote has sent the command, leading to the issue being the bed itself.
