Model : G6R-H4T5-GA

Customers Fault Description : Display showing flat battery, replaced battery with a new one but still showing flat battery. Will not operate fire.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Wall Gas Fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous battery indicator.

This was due to a faulty voltage regulator. Once the regulator was replaced full functionality was restored (see image)
