Customer's Fault Description
The on button flashes but it does not work the motor mover.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.  After talking to the customer, it was confirmed that the issue was definitely with the remote.

Once opened the issue was found to be the oscillator being broken away from the PCB at one end (see image), this would make the signal intermittent.

The oscillator was soldered back into position.
