Customer's Fault Description
Initially when the remote stopped working - it appeared that as soon as the safety button on the rear was pressed, a 'stop' signal was being sent to the receiver (so none of the functions could be used).
Later, the remote started sending a stop signal without any buttons being pressed.
Tested with new battery. Remote has already been fixed previously by yourselves.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bale wrapper remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have erratic fucntionality. The leftmost button was found to feel collapsed.
When the facia was peeled appart the button dome was found to have concaved. This was intermittently shorting out the contacts.
A replacement button dome was fitted which restored full functionality.
