Truma M2 Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Truma

Model : M2

Customers Fault Description : The remote simply went dead mid operation. It reactivated briefly for several minutes then went dead again never to revive.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not power up.

On opening the issue was found to be the internal switch missing its shaft.  A replacement switch was fitted which restored full functionality.
