PDT KF04-433RC Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : 1st remote where top green & red don't work (or light led) but other 2 operate LED, green will lower shutter, grey never had a function: serial no: 156216

2nd remote is with all buttons operating led but no response from shutter: serial no: 156254. Just suddenly stopped doing anything. Have tried re linking with system but no change Obviously I have tried changing batteries with both My control box serial no: 060552 10Y01C17 I believe it to be a YCS RF02 commercial if that is any help

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

These two remote controls arrived safely and on testing one was confirmed to have two nonfunctioning buttons.  This was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print causing an open circuit to the buttons.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.

The second remote was confirmed to illuminate on all buttons, but no RF signal was present.  This was again caused by corrosion in the print, this time in the RF aerial print.  The print was reworked which restored a full-strength RF signal on all buttons.

Energizer batteries will be supplied fitted in each remote on return.
