Honeywell Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Honeywell
Customers Fault Description : Not all the information shows on the display screen. The button to turn up the heating doesn’t work easily.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Wireless Central Heating Control arrived safely and on testing was found ot have a erroneous display with the characters being garbled and missing many segments.
The controller was opened and unfortunately the display is a seperate module that is not available as a spare which makes a repair not possible.
The button contacts were cleaned and replacement button caps fitted under the buttons, this restored functionality to the buttons but we are not charging for a repair due to the lack of spare displays.
