Velux Integra Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Velux Integra
Customers Fault Description : It was working but needed new batteries. I replaced the batteries and it just appeared to die. Screen is blank.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Velux remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening there was corrosion found over many of the pins of the main IC and surrounding print (see image).
Due to this damage a repair is not possible.

As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
