Customer's Fault Description
Remote shows red light but is not turning stove on. Stove itself has been checked for electrical malfunction and it is in working condition.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Remote control (Model: YCT-100) arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.  The codeset being transmitted was confirmed to be correct for this model (see image).

The remote was tested over a 24 hour period with no fault being replicated.

The customer is to retry to pair the remote with the receiver using the Arrow Dial on the back of the remote which is the "secret" pairing code for the heater (this has to be done in situe with the heater).  Please ensure that a quality brand new 12 volt is used when pairing the remote to the heater. If the pairing does not affect the heater then the issue is most likely with the receiver part of the heater itself. 

This item has been classed as no fault found.
