Customer's Fault Description
LED shows full battery but does not connect with fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal with a good strong RF signal on each button press.

The remote was opened and the voltage regulator checked to be correct and giving the expected 3.3volts.

Unfortunately we have not been able to fault this item, and the issue may be with the receiver itself.  The customer is requested to pair the receiver with the remote again for testing.
