Bellfires Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Bellfires
Customers Fault Description : Remote doesn't appear to turn on with new batteries. Seems faulty.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing weas confirmed to be dead.
This was due to a faulty battery cable. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
