Ventaer Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Replaced batteries but no indication from LEDs that unit is working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This window opener controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation on each button press.
The remote was tested over a 24 hour period at random intervals with no fault being replicated.
It's important to note that there is no visible light from the remote as this is invisible infra red.
The code being transmitted was also tested and confirmed to be correct for this model of remote.
